1. Agreement to These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aura PDF Editor Launcher, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application. You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the application.
2. The Application
The application provides launcher-related functionality and document-oriented tools. Depending on the build, device, permissions, and operating-system version, features may include document scanning, viewing supported documents, creating PDFs from images, PDF-related tools, categorizing local files, searching or sorting files, recent or collected-file views, and launcher, search, date/time, weather, wallpaper, or home-screen presentation features. Features may change without notice.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Lush Apps Devs grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application except to the extent applicable law permits.
4. Launcher Functionality and Default Home App
The application includes launcher functionality. If you choose to set it as the default home app, the layout and behavior of your home screen may change. Your installed apps, documents, photos, and other personal files remain on your device. You can change the default home application or return to another launcher through Android system settings.
5. Your Files and Content
You are responsible for the files, images, documents, and content you choose to access, scan, convert, view, organize, share, delete, or otherwise process using the application. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so. Back up important content before using file-management or cleanup features. We are not responsible for loss arising from user-selected deletion, movement, conversion, or other file actions.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the application to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass security, interfere with the application or its services, engage in fraud, process unlawful content, or use automated or unauthorized methods to access the application.
7. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The application may display advertisements and may include third-party analytics, attribution, weather, web, or other services. Third parties control their own content, services, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites, advertisements, offers, products, or services. Your interactions with a third party are between you and that third party.
8. Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible operation on every device. Network-dependent features, ads, weather information, and third-party services may be unavailable.
9. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of the application for a particular purpose. Results from scanning, file conversion, document viewing, launcher behavior, weather information, and other features may vary by device, source file, permission state, storage condition, and Android version.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lush Apps Devs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
11. Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the application. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law. You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it and changing the default launcher in Android settings if applicable.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
